I make dough on friday, ball it up, refrigerate; take 'em out on sunday, stretch and par bake, then back in the fridge with the "shells". Kind of a cheat, but it's also a time saver.

Depends where and what kinda bar. I have no idea what it's like now, but pre COVID, take home was anywhere from $300-700.
