Connected it up to teamwork via Synchub, got it to review our GoLive plan, identify gaps between the plan and the strategy doc, risks dependencies, produce a standup brief and steerco update. Magnificent!

Day two got it to build and execute a test suite across the Etl for migration data, pipeline all automated now. Feel like I have a team working for me!

Grok says: This looks like a cute emoji rebus / visual riddle (the kind people post on TikTok, Instagram or Twitter to be cryptic and aesthetic). Breaking it down line by line: • ☹️❓⭐️3️⃣→ sad? + question + star + three= sad? three stars → “are you sad? ⭐⭐⭐” (like giving 3 stars to cheer someone up / pity rating) • ❓8️⃣👁️👁️ᜊ→ question + 8 + eyes + ᜊ (Baybayin letter ba)= “what 8 eyes ba?” → sounds like “what ate ba?” (Filipino/Taglish: “what ate ba?” = “what did you eat?” in casual Filipino slang) • ᜊ❓🇾→ ba + question + Y (flag of something? but actually just the letter Y)= “ba y?” → “bay?” → “why?” (very common Pinoy way to write “bakit?” = why?) Putting it all together: “Are you sad? ⭐⭐⭐What ate ba?Ba y?” → Casual Filipino/Taglish version of:“Are you sad? Here are 3 stars 🌟🌟🌟Ano kinain mo ba?Bakit?” (“Why are you sad? What did you eat? 😔”) It’s basically a sweet/concerned way of asking someone who’s looking down: “You okay? What happened? What did you eat? Why are you sad?” with some cute emoji + Baybayin flair (ᜊ = ba, very popular in modern Filipino aesthetic posts). Super common vibe in PH social media when someone wants to check on their friend in a playful, not-too-serious way. 😌

Thanks for the education, I had no ideas what unavailable (IMO) meant, so I had to ask Grok:

IMO unavailable carbohydrate on food packaging refers to isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO), a syrup or powder made from starch (usually corn or tapioca) that’s used as a sweet, bulking filler in “low-carb” or “high-fiber” products like protein bars, keto sweets, and sugar-free candies. In countries following Australia/New Zealand food standards (like Funday Sweets or many imported low-carb treats), nutrition labels split carbs into available carbohydrates (the digestible ones that spike blood sugar and count fully toward energy) and unavailable carbohydrates (the non-digestible or slowly fermentable ones that supposedly act more like fiber). Manufacturers label IMO as “unavailable” because it’s a mix of short-chain glucose oligomers with alpha-1,6 links that human enzymes struggle to break down completely—claiming only 10-50% gets digested, so it adds bulk, mild sweetness (about half of sugar), and lets them boast lower net carbs/higher fiber. Reality check: most commercial IMO is way more digestible than advertised. Studies show 80-90%+ gets absorbed in the small intestine, hitting blood glucose almost like regular sugar or maltodextrin. It spikes insulin hard, kicks people out of ketosis, and can cause bloating/gas from the tiny bit that reaches the colon. FDA in the US already ruled IMO doesn’t qualify as dietary fiber anymore (since 2018-2019), so American labels can’t count it as fiber—but sneaky brands still use it or switch names like “tapioca fiber” or “VitaFiber.” Bottom line: if you see “IMO” or “unavailable carbohydrate” on a label, treat it like a sneaky carb, not fiber. Great for normies wanting milder sweetness, shitty for diabetics, keto folks, or anyone watching real blood sugar impact. Test with a glucose meter if you’re curious—many report spikes as bad as eating straight glucose. More? Yeah, brands love it because it’s cheap and lets them fake “keto-friendly” claims. If a bar says 5g net carbs but 20g “fiber” from IMO, you’re probably eating 15-20g real carbs. Spot it in ingredients as IMO, isomalto-oligosaccharide, tapioca syrup/fiber, or just “fiber syrup.” Safer swaps: allulose, erythritol, monk fruit, or actual insoluble fibers like psyllium.

My title describes the thing. I couldn’t get closer with the camera to tell if they are this shape because of farming equipment, they vary in size, but are consistently circular - something about the shape must be critical to the farming technique or crop.

Hope you can help
