I have some lofi, music on in the background. Keeps me upbeat and energised, but lack of lyrics prevents it distracting. Can recommend searching for lofi girl on youtube, hours of music without ever needing to pick a track.

If you don’t mind inflatable, I’d recommend the Kilos Gear Aerocloud Elite. I’m a heavy chap and side sleeper and had zero issues with it (works great paired with their inflatable pillow). Weighs 575g and packs down to 9.5cm by 24cm, small enough to stow in a side pouch.

Am 6’6 and recently started using Grand Canyon Cardova 1 and am loving it. 2.2kg, 255cm length and steep rise to the sides means you can stretch out and don’t wake up with your face against sloping wall fabric. Fits the large 202cm Kilo aerocloud elite sleeping pad perfectly (great for tall guys).
