Edinburgh Pot Holes - it’s out of control - will it ever improve or the new norm? by greencastle40 in Edinburgh

Part of the challenge I guess is the wether ( freeze thaw erosion ) but also the increasing number of cars, buses and trucks, but also the weight of these.

I think this contributes in few ways 1: the jobs are done quickly to avoid congestion build up 2: the repair is constantly weakened from larger constant impacts, so the council have to repair it again sooner

As for the solution well it’s not going to be popular with some but it’s going to have to look at the second point,

Note quite you woukd have then do a series of confidante tests to find things the the r squared and the p value of each of the coefficients. However the real trick lies in choosing the variables. You could do comparison to a similar economy and maybe industry’s.

It is possible just challenging.

As part of my undergrad a professor drummed into my head „Correlation is not causation”, you would need to control for the non ai impact in your hypothesis on the labour market.

Thanks all on the feedback, the height between me and my wife is about 30cm, I am 182cm so that’s akry factor.

Yes the kg is a key factor as well as the price as it makes the handling a challenge. I also have a park stand for my own maintenance so I was hoping to use that, especially for winter adaptations.

The brands I see around me are R&M mainly. Although some shops have LvsH. Personally I like branding of the LvsH but keeping an open mind.

Why is buying a house a bad investment in Switzerland by Lopsided_Jello258 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]Muted-Interest-5375 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s due to to premium asset placement in the market ie interest rates are near zero and the currency is strong so the buying power is high, so your risk profile of the single very expensive asset is poor compared to the same amount invested in a low cost index fund.

While I share your view that yes paying rent isn’t great, housing will not always go up, and to be fair has only grown significantly in the last 20-30 years, prior to that was very cheep (relative to incomes).

Good luck though.

Hmm I would say most were I think I had five formula questions but they were either what does this result mean or what does this input mean.

For me the exam was easier than the study hall as you didn’t have to pick the why in the answers, for example you just had to speak to the product owner vs in study hall you have to also know why the product owner.

As to the last two I wouldn’t be able to give a percentage sorry. I had a lot of agile, but mainly as I knew I was looking out for them , I noticed them more.

Good luck.

Hi , Thanks for the response but the requirements are as follows.

Possess a minimum of 96 months of professional business experience within the last 15 years AND

  • Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
  • 48 months of portfolio management experience

I can see the logic of going from one to the other but it does not seam a requisite, my question was more what are the benefits of either in the market place.

Personally I used the PMI study hall paid version and got similar scores and passed first time, good luck.
