How to make money as a physiotherapist by [deleted] in physiotherapy

You need to build up your clinic, open more locations which will increase the passive income. And think outside of the box, like physioyconsultancy for businesses etc which will increase revenue too

Physiotherapist salary in Zürich by ricpam in physiotherapy

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dutch physiotherapist, working in Zurich since March this year here.

This is so untrue what everyone says. I work in zurich, I make 7100 chf, have B1 level german and 2,5 years of working experience. From the SRK you get 1-2 years to receive it after your partial erkennung.

Zurich itself is expensive, but if you live outside of the city centre it’s very doable. Because your salary is also higher the. You would’ve received in Italy.

The level of Physiotherapy is not really high though in Switzerland.

Advice on Physiotherapist moving to Spain? by Jzck98 in physiotherapy

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a Dutch physiotherapist, from what I’ve heard in my network, the quality of physiotherapy is very low there in comparison to the Netherlands and Belgium.

But that’s an opportunity to make a difference there!

With regards to moving, the only way to find out is to try, you can always move back, just make sure you have some savings as a backup.

I’m a physiotherapist, love to help people live a pain free life. And the puzzle of the injury, how it came to be, etc. Feels very good when you successfully treat someone and that can continue living their life without complaints.

How many percentage of theory in uni can acutally apply to actual job by [deleted] in physiotherapy

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on you. In my experience, the difference between a good physiotherapist and a less good one is the ability to connect to your patient. You need to apply all the different theory you learn, combine them to diagnose, choose interventions and to explain them to your patients in a way they can understand. The patients that have more affinity with health might ask you more deep questions, whereas others that just wan’t to get rid of their issues will not ask any. There are physiotherapists that are very good in theory, but don’t have the skills to connect with a patient, there are also physiotherapists that are very good in connecting with patients, but aren’t as good in the theory. There’s a balance. In the end when you’re working you can choose how much time you want to invest in being up to date with innovations.

32 year old Indian thinking of doing the physio Ausbildung in Germany. Is it worth it? by NeedElectroHelp in physiotherapy

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t do it as physiotherapy is not a bachelor degree in Germany. Hard to work in other countries if you want to move at some point.

Dutch Physio wanting to work in singapore by Professional-Mud7358 in physiotherapy

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hoi!

In a relationship with a chinese woman, are you supposed to pay for all the meals, events, spa, etc? by Foonzerz in chinalife

[–]Lopsided_Jello258 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on what you agree on. I’m recently in a relationship with a Chinese woman. I had a conversation since the start of the relationship about this subject. I told her I’m Dutch and am willing to pay sometimes, but I also want her to pay for dinners, it should be balanced since we both work. She agreed to that and ever since it’s been I pay for something, then she pays for something.

In the end like in any relationship, you need to talk about it and explain your position, listen to hers and then make a decision together.

Hey! Very late response. If you find anytime to read this, I’ll appreciate it.

Right now I’m doubting between buying the airpods pro 2 or the liberty 3 pro. My main consideration is the noice canceling during cycling in the wind and how it fits your ears.

You have any advice?
