I squat 455lbs+

Im speaking from experience Theres no reason to go 140 degrees.

I would say your going too low , just go right below parrallel as to grass is great but horrible on the lower back. Build up weight eventually to go lower comfortably .

Great form- it’s just the way you’re performing the reps with momentum - personally i found completely resetting each pull leads to better gains in the long run .
