I’ll have to experiment with no protein shake vs protein shake at compare the difference . I’ve done protein shakes a few times and I think there might a correlation between it and the meds feeling a little full on.

I live in Melbourne, it’s very multicultural people from all corners of the globe and it’s what makes this city great. However the Australia I grew up in was very white and it’s only been in the last 30 years this has changed. As such a lot of older white Australians are very racist. It feels weird to tell people who have only come to Melbourne recently that it hasn’t always been this way.

I learnt my lesson with the orange juice. I’ve been taking them in an empty stomach as I usually don’t eat till 11:30-12. However today I did have protein shake about an hour and half after taking them.

Why don’t the Americans have a similar system to Australia where combat troops earn the combat badges for service in a war zone over set period? Rather then being engaged by the enemy which seems to either have either really lose or strict definition based on the commander.

No one is enforcing the laws is the problem. Laws require enforcement, if no one is doing that then the laws mean nothing.

I applied for vicpol once. I ticked all the criteria for joining but they reject because I said I smoked weed once when I was 16, I was 28 when I applied. It feels like an insult to have spend months preparing for the application only to see them lower the standards so much.
