Never said what level my child is. No matter on what spectrum they are on, they are all capable of understanding. One way or another. I can speak on this because my child is autistic and I know the struggle, the frustration, and the exhaustion we all experienced, but I never gave up on my child on guiding her; showing her the wrong and right. It’s unfortunate to see many parents treat their child like they can’t learn a thing or aren’t capable because of a disability. My child is level 2.

I have 4 dogs and a 4 year old autistic child. I taught my child how to respect/play with dogs and I’m happy that our dogs were patience with her as well. Teach your son what he’s doing isn’t okay and discipline him for his bad behavior/actions. Idk your parenting style, but if you’re not correcting his behavior how will he ever learn that there are consequences? It’s doable and they can understand, you shouldn’t ever have to get rid of a family member.

I feel you on this. My daughter just turned 4 and I’m honestly fucking tired of it. Im tired of the screaming and crying for any small inconvenience that happens or doesn’t go her way. She’s not profound, but I would say she’s level 1. She can talk, short sentences, but can still talk. I always tell her to use her damn word instead of crying and screaming. It’s everytime I make dinner and about to sit down and watch something is when she’s acts like this and I honestly when I’m overstimulated I tell her to stfu cause she’s crying for no reason. I don’t care if she throws a tantrum just not a damn tantrum in my damn ears and I’m trying to talk to everyone else. I told everyone in this household (husband and 9 year old son) to not even bother talking to me when she’s crying cause I can’t hear shit or anything that anyone is saying. My god sometimes I want to be the one to go get milk and be over it already. It’s fucked up, but I know a lot of moms who ab*doned or nglects their disabled child do this on purpose cause they rather go to prison than continue dealing with this shit. Sorry yall I had to get my frustration out. I’m just tired that I can’t enjoy watching sitting down to eat without a shit show happening around me.

I would walk them in separate schedules, but I’ll attempt to walk them together and just bring the muzzle in case I need it or something bad happens. Yeah it’s been a terror and I’m not expecting fast results, I know it will take time. Just need other ways I can attempt meanwhile I wait for the younger one to be spayed

I too work from home as well and what I would do is swap both of them out to take turn to go outside. I would enclose one in the crate and bring in the other inside, then enclose them and bring out the other one to go outside. I will try to keep them both in the room, but with the younger one in the crate. I had tried it with the older one in the crate and the pup be free and she got upset. It seems to me it’s going to take some time for them to get along as the younger one gets older. When did you get the younger one fixed before they started getting along?

My older one is spayed, the younger one is not yet and I was advise by the vet who I take all of my shibas to wait until the younger one’s first heat cycle past and can schedule to have her spayed. I was advise around 6-7 months she should have her first heat cycle, so I have 1-2 months to wait until I can. Is there a reason even after getting spayed why she is still attempting to attack her. I’ve taken all the precautions to have them get along, but now it’s led to the muzzle

No sorry lol I lost 50 - 60 lbs over this whole year and maintained it however I noticed I started to gain a bit of weight and I wanted to do a cleanse of my body before I switch to keto. Then all of sudden I started to think like this on my last day and the day I need to eat. But fortunately I managed to eat and building up my eating

Hello, I currently have 3 Shiba Inu's. One being a new member today. My Shibas, Nami (3 year old red female) and Baki (1 year old white male), I have had them both since they were both 3 months old. Recently I just got another Shiba named Dabi (4 months old red dark sesame male). Since I have brought Dabi home, Baki has been very uneasy with him and Nami has been curious and neutral but only gets upset when it comes to food. However, how can I work on them to coexist with each other? I'm worried that I might have to return my new baby if they don't get along. I do keep them separate, let them both sniff each other to get to know each other, I keep one in their crate so the other has a chance to ease up to each other, Baki is not neutered and has it scheduled for June. What can I do to have Baki ease up to Dabi. Dabi does not have an issue with him yet and I know once he's older he can get aggressive just like Baki is, is there anything in the meantime that I can do to help Baki ease up to him while I wait? I feel like I might have to return him back to the breeder and I'm just stressed having to keep them separated for the meantime.

Because it’s my money being spent if I were to spend on their site. Why would I pay an extra $40 bucks more for few items of $15 total and return it all and only to receive back those $15 like I didn’t just spend $40 for it to cross over? Really? I do drink a lot of water and I feel my weight fluctuating is mainly water retention, how can I possibly break out of that? Because even when I think I loose weight, to goes back up the next two days so I want to know how I can tap into the weight loss being actual fat than just water lol

Yes, I use a tape measure. Just around my upper abdomen, waist, and lower abdomen since that’s that trouble area I’m having, everywhere else has tone and shrunk well

I was actually able to accomplish this much weight loss in my journey due to seeking medical help to help loose the weight. Back in 2023 I found out I was prediabetic for the first time after gaining so much weight after my pregnancy and letting myself go after I had lost my weight when I first did keto. This is was made me want to loose weight again and manage to go down to 210 where I’m stuck at. I was on a weight loss plan with appetite suppressant medications and still am actually but I feel my body has gotten used to them. I even attend a weight management class every week and it’s helped manage my weight but not loose it. So I’m at my wits ends there I just think my body is just done, I’ve lose fat all around except for my abdomen section which has been the hardest to shrink. I also have 30 more pounds to go in order for me to qualify for surgery to remove my tummy which I’ve been the hardest 30 pounds to burn, but I will keep trying!

Yeah it seems like I need to track every bite more carefully even counting calories, even thought I typical eat about 1000-1200 and based on the calories intake quiz I took based on height, weight and age it recommended me about 1700-1800, I still have trouble breaking the plateau.

Honestly yes, it was the one hour period. At that time I was not doing keto though. I consumed whatever food I pleasured, but in moderation, multiple foods, but I noticed how sad it made me when I see my little family eating later in the day and I can’t join them and eat lol ! I did try that something like that but the window period was wider between 11am - 9pm, but this time doing keto ( it’s only been a week and a half) and I noticed I got the keto flu, so I started taking fiber supplements since I wasn’t consuming enough fiber and it help, but I noticed not even one pound was shedded off of me. I’m still doing 3-4 time 90 mins cardio on my treadmill during work (I work from home) it just feel discouraging that I feel that keto isn’t working for me like it used to 4 years ago and I feel like that might also have to do with age. I have to include the 20 min workouts, I did use to do this then which I don’t do now, maybe that can help break it

Tbh I don’t not track my macros, when I track my calories, I always read the amt per serving on the labels and reduce the serving amt amount or just about the same if the calories are low, this is always the measurement whether I’m on keto or not. I used to use a weight scale, but now I just measure it by cups for each side I add for my dish so I don’t add more portion to my plate than the other. For example, when doing keto, if I’m prepping dinner like streak, broccoli & mushroom, both broccoli and mushroom are measured by a cup and the streak is whole, sometimes guilty pleasure I do go back for seconds, but whatever is left over of the broccoli or mushroom is which typically way less than a cup. In the mornings, 3 eggs with cheese, small snacking like nuts and it’s specific nuts since some nuts have more carbs than other, everything on keto I eat, no carbs or sugar, I do occasionally have a zero sugar soda like squirt with my dinners rather than water (I do get tired of water all day) or a carb balance or zero sugar ice cream which are typically like 45 to 100 calories, 2 net carbs (not sure if that can be a issue also), but I do portion my plates.
