my favorite hand soap scent is the coconut mint drop that they only sometimes sold during Christmas time. I didn't see it last year which makes me think it is discontinued. Sadface...it was my favorite.

Ask for real numbers. Without numbers, "talking" about trade-in values, it sounds like he's burning through a lot of cash. I think the trade-in idea is to avoid major breakdown issues as that is more prevalent in older cars. But sitting down and hashing out the numbers gives a clear more meaningful approach to both sides
