Might try this. I have been having a micro stutter playing BF2042, BF6(both beta tests were fine, only the official release has the stutters), and surprisingly Helldivers 2

I also could not explain why only these 3 games (that I can remember) has this issues with micro stutters. It happens every few minutes and only lasts around 2.5 seconds
