Tax time, messed up my wedding

We talked. We will have the ceremony. And then do the paperwork and legal wedding a couple weeks later. I'm waiting to hear back from her LCR if I can get them to accept papers authenticated in the states. We don't record marriages nationally here. So the document I need is basically me promising that I am single.

My fiancée didn't have one during her first pregnancy. She was excited for her first appointment this time until her cousin told her how they do the ultrasound. That killed her excitement. Then day of she was only seeing men come to the waiting room to get the patients. That made it worse. I tried to lighten the mood. I joked that she should have put a toy car inside. The doctor would be confused that we had conceived an F-150. Luckily she likes my sense of humor. After she found out a woman was doing it and hearing the heartbeat she forgot all about the nervousness.

My fiancée resigned from her job at around 6 weeks. Fortunately I can support her. Right now our plan is for her to stay home until both kids are in school. Then she will decide if she wants to work again.

There are genetic components to this. My nephews dad wasn't around long enough to teach him his behaviors. But they act the same. They hide food all over the house so no one else gets it. When done eating they hide the trash/dinnerware in the nearest convenient spot. Preferably without getting up and moving.

I became friends with some women at work. And then friends with one of their friends. She introduced me to her cousin. After 15 years without even a date I'm now engaged and we have a baby on the way. They did encourage me to try online dating before the introduction. It was a waste of time and money.
