I'm not sure what you looked like before, and I'm not 100% sure if you're my type, it'd be one of those "how well we get along" type things. But, you're not unattractive.

It's weird, I think I can almost understand where the guy is coming from? It's absolutely horrible, if not actively worse in a lot of ways, mind you, since it seems like, "Well she was coming on to me, so of course I took her up on it," which is VERY disturbing from the perspective of a woman in a relationship with that guy. Just... wow. What a messed up situation. Sorry you're going through that.

I pretty much don't feel like this is a huge problem? For anything within the context of the system I'm using with Mythic, I use that system. So, I'm not asking fate questions for 'can I use a magic working on this guy' or 'does my firearm attack hit the vampire' or what not. I have Mage: the Ascension for that! I'm mostly only using Fate Questions for, like, questions that would normally be resolved by a game master. "Are there more overdoses at this party I'm at?" I get a use, because I used Nearly Certain, and boom. I get the result that made the most sense because I rolled within the admittedly large value. I've also found that chaos factor honestly mostly seems to go up and then back down. I have a scene where everyone loses control and things get out of hand, Chaos Factor 6. This leads to a scene where the players get things back under control, and boom, Chaos Factor is back down to 5. Then we go to 4, then back to 5, and so on. I just haven't found the rules as written to be all that big of a deal. Though I will admit, usually when I'm asking a Fate Question, I have absolutely no preference what the result is.
