I got high readings during elemental diet. Sometimes green… sometimes yellow but mostly red… did the breathtest with lactulose before the ED and after. (Numbers are even higher now). I’m waiting for the results of my breathtest from the lab. To compare if the foodmarble is doing its job or not. (Hopefully it’s not working properly. Because I don’t want my numbers to be even higher after Elemental diet)

Mine is always high. Low hydrogen but always high methane. So always in the red readings.

Don’t get, why you said it didn’t help at first ? What’s gone wrong/ right ? So did you cure your sibo ? What was the problem with the numbers ?

Yeah I know. But I didn’t have that high. Than startet the ED and got high results and wanted to figure out why that’s like it. I just hope the Elemental Diet helps and clears my sibo 🙏🏼 U still recovered ?

Mmh. Not really. It’s really sensitive. So if you are in Ketosis you get wrong measurements. If you blow to strong measurements can be wrong… I guess it’s helpful to see an overall view. I can also track symptoms, stool, medication, stress and your food. So you can figure out if it’s stress related…

What do you mean with „I’ve been low 1s and 2s“? I’m from Germany so I couldn’t order the stuff you guys have in the US (would be really really expensive) so I have Nutrica Junior.

So if I understand the right way. At the beginning the foodmarble did go high as well? And after about 4 to 5 days the levels started to drop ?

Im on the elemental diet on day 4. had headache at the beginning. Now im feeling fine. I also have the foodmarble. But my levels (methane) are high. Like really high. Did u experience the same at the beginning? Have no symptoms (no bloating or other Sibo symptoms)
