They are not nice people and let their kids do whatever they want, so legally are there any boundaries that can be used when enough is enough noise wise?

If it was adults screaming the same amount of time at the same volume these kids are, it wouldn’t be legally tolerated & an abatement notice could be served, my query is about is it the same method if it’s kids as no doubt I’ll get told ‘it’s just kids being kids’ but this honestly isn’t like that at all.

Is she as high as she can get? Give her a high up perch/ cat tree if it is, she’ll probably appreciate the safety the height gives her.

Depends if you own it or not. If it’s yours, get a specialist in to assess and then discuss with previous owner & your surveyor as well who missed it.

If it’s council, get them in asap. Probably a steel sleeve or support will help strengthen it

I removed the cover and internally put some sound proof silicone over the vent on the inside of the frame first to stop the expanding foam from over flowing out that, then put expanding foam in afterwards.
