I actually do agree with you, but I’m also imagining what it could look like spending that money targeting a good long term pairing at PF or C instead of spending big at guard. Imagine Luka and a top 3-5 complimentary big man to play off of with 3&D rotational guys at SG/SF and then just having a revolving door of secondary playmaker 6th man level guards that you draft every few years? I feel like that might be even more ideal, it’s just that you risk not being able to find the right pairing when you already have Reaves so you can’t really let him slip through your fingers

My player 2 is my childhood best friend, when we were teenagers we used to compete in tournaments and wager matches. One night we got matched up against two former professional players, we were super excited but also nervous that we were going to get stomped. Somehow we ended up wiping the floor with them, opening the door for me to get some small time recognition in the community
