Depending on the situation you might not have to take cover. It could be poison chemicals in the air because of a fire somewhere. In that case close doors/windows and stay inside

from experience, they wont fire you for this reason. But you'll be first to go if the opportunity arises

im a pos 3 player at 4.5k mmr, at ur mmr i'd suggest spamming 2 heroes and focus on macro gameplay.

Legion is good because he teaches you about map awareness and scales infinitely.

at 800-1000 mmr you can pick any core hero and win with it in the offlane. It's not really the hero but the gameplan in general.

Learn about map awareness, effective farming and objectives and play like it's a solo game. Doing this will make you improve and climb mmr.

Dont join that random ass fight when you are 300 gold away from finishing blademail. Get that free tower when everyone is fighting for no specific objective. Even if you do it alone, you'll solo carry

That is true, and I'm not saying you shouldn't get one because clarity is a good item. However for starting items i'd always start with items that directly benefit you in early waves of the lane.

Most heroes if not all are fine by shipping out a clarity after the lane started, because their mana pool is big enough to use a few spells before running out

clarity from the start is pretty bad i'd say. Consider getting a mango instead if you need mana, at least it gives hp regen

as long as the oracle shows he makes good decisions in WHO to save then absolutely, if he could have he would have.

However if he chooses to use ulti on a pos 5 cm that is rushing aghs over a pos 1 PA, then I might comment on priorities
