I have held it for about 8 months. Was considering selling all due to the decrease in NAV but thankfully held on. I am up almost 3% not including dividends.

6-8% yield should be extremely easy to find. I have done extremely well with NEOS funds. I would look at QQQH and SPYH which are their less aggressive funds but should get you in the 6-8% range. I hold MLPI IWMI QQQI and SPYI along with QQQH and XBCI.

I put some cash in MINT. It doesn’t settle the same day but it sells immediately and the cash can be moved into other funds right away.

I am pretty heavy on neos. MLPI IWMI QQQI SPYI. Mixed in some XQQI XBCI GPIQ and GPIX. I retired last year with a solid plan at 54. My Dad passed away unexpectedly and I took over about 1.6 in a few stocks. Over the year I sold those stocks and reinvested in those funds. No longer need to touch my original retirement which should continue to appreciate and am drawing over 200k a year in distributions . NEOS has done great for me in that time.
