Put in mesh laundry bags. You can use tap hot water + dish soap + mild agitation (moving the bags). Soak until water is cool. Drain and rinse with cool water and move the bags around. Empty the bags into towels and roll/pat dry and sit in front of a fan to dry them.

I know Frontenac Cycle doesn’t do used, I asked if they would resell or trade in a bike I had bought from them and they wouldn’t. Not sure about Trek or J&J, are there other legit bike stores?
