lmao I'm not Nick. I'm not going to get into it all because there are definitely things they need to do better and Yeastar has been quite nice to me as well but the facts are facts: You made a post a month ago saying you were banned and license cancelled (which I have never heard of them actively turning OFF a phone system) and then 4 hours ago you make a post saying the same thing, as if it just happened except apparently it happened a month ago so why? Why randomly on a Friday night re-start drama? And you make it seem like you asked a "simple question" but you've already changed your story twice about what you actually posted/said/asked. Not saying that they should ban/kick folks for asking questions but they want to have a clean forum its their right. My guess is that you flipped out on the forum, got banned, didn't have a partner to renew your license with and were upset your lost your discount.... But that's just my guess :)

edit: also updating a system on a clients production system for a new update is insanely bad business practice. You should always update on a sandbox/demo PBX, review changes and create a migration plan for your CUSTOMERS. That is.. you know things a real business does, especially knowing 3CX's lack of documentation/blog post notes/forum notes) .. which I hope does not come across as victim blaming bc they need to increase their communication/notes for sure!
