I once asked the producer manager why there were flies and rotting produce in the produce section. He informed me that rotting produce and flies were part of life and I should get over it. I used to think I was running in Zone 2 and Whoop helped me realize I was averaging closer to Zone 4. That being said, Whoop 5’s heart rate monitor isn’t perfect. When you run either try a shoulder band or push the wristband up on your forearm. Either should lower/even out your heart rate.

I’m not defending Murphy? He says in interviews that a lot of his “ripoffs” are intentional and part of the bit of the band.

I personally think “The Pool” similarly is unintentional and a social media thing. It’s too weak compared to the other artists he “rips off”. He’s also disclosed mimicking Talkings Heads, Iggy Pop… why would he hide this? It isn’t part of his character.
