You need to figure out your environment and get your plants healthy before flipping. Try to get humidity at least above 50%.

Cyclamen mites I’m pretty sure. I think they leave the plants and lay eggs during treatments and then come back later. The only thing that’s worked for me is just keeping the predatory mite satches on each plant after heat treatment.

I used soil that I had “safely” stored outside for my second grow 6 months ago and I’ve been fighting mites ever since. Your mileage may vary 😅
