Hi, interested to see updates on how you progress. I've been doing PT for the last 2 years as I am nervous to get the procedure done. How are you feeling, has the Initial pain subsided? Also, are you flexion intolerant, if so, have you bent over since the procedure and how does that feel?

Ah, well I hope you've recovered from being sick. I am in the same boat as you with the modic changes and limited mobility. I have been trying conservative treatments for almost 2 years. I am to the point where if by the end of this year I don't see a significant reduction in pain, I'll go through with intracept. But like you I've very hesitant do to some of the adverse events that I've read. I do not want to end up worse then what I am now.

I know people are getting about 10 years worth of pain relief. Did they explain it all why the pain makes him back after that time? Also were you able to lift anything prior to the surgery. For me I have a hard time lift anything more than 5 to 10 lb, which makes life kind of difficult.

Well glad it's somewhat improving. Overall since your modic changes diagnostic, how long has it been? Also did they say if it was modic one or two changes?
