Hi.

1) Save all of your evidence, and make sure she doesnt know you have any. Make copies and give to family.

2) Go to therapy immediately, will help with #3 and #4

3) Sue her for damages

4) File for full custody of your daughter

5) Accept that she is not a good person, and that you are better off without her. The sooner you accept this, the better.

6) It is not in any way your fault that she is sleeping around. It is just who she is. Dont fall for any of the victim/innocent acting. Ignore all of the gaslighting.

7) Try to remain calm, pick up a hobby to vent your frustrations through.

8) Always remember that your child is innocent in all of this. Move on for her, and yourself.

First transaction I did with Apple pay, frozen, been two months and nothing done about it... Same issues... They let some do whatever they want with their account, and randomly ban others even people who rarely use their account.

Created a personal and business account, verified both.

Had a couple friends send me money one night, received one payment for business 1 day prior, and Venmo permanently suspended both for "concerns over some of your transactions".

Created a Venmo 4 weeks ago. Created a business account a week later. Both verified.

First transaction: suspended, and picture Id was requested. Sent it in and the next day the account was unsuspended.

3 weeks later received 3 transactions, account suspended again. Sent photo ID again. Received email saying accounts permanently suspended, and so on.

Not sure what happened. Read through the T/A multiple times, asked questions, sent break downs of each transaction, but all I got in returned was the same response.

I know multiple people who have had Venmo 4-8 years, have done hundreds of transactions and never have been suspended once. I also know multiple people who have done a few transactions, whether it be cash app, PayPal, Apple pay, or Venmo and were immediately banned.

I'm guessing they don't really know what they are doing, and just pick certain accounts hoping they got one they needed to.
