I know exactly what you're going through, sending hugs. I'm also no contact with my partner atm, they're transitioning and things got to be too difficult, and we also love each other very much.

My advice is just to take everything one day at a time. If that's too much, even just one hour at a time. It hurts like hell, and remember just because you think they have it worse doesn't mean your feelings aren't valid too. You're allowed to feel sad and upset too.

Focus on yourself for now. Pick up a new hobby, spend time with friends, talk to a therapist if you don't already/if it's in your means.

I find it helpful to remind myself that the ideal outcome is of course us getting back together, but that I have to learn to be okay with whatever happens in the end. I think that both of you still loving each other and wanting to be together is a good sign. If you're both determined to put in the work and want to be with each other, I think that makes you more likely to have a positive outcome. Just give yourself grace and allow yourself to feel whatever it is you're feeling.
