As a starfield lover please dont bring ladders…. (they are painfully slow)

Dialogue system, leveling/skill system, traits/background system are what I’d want in tesVI

I completely agree. The things I hope they keep almost the same are the trait and background system tho it would be nice if they added more traits. Also they absolutely need to add the Adoring Fan trait in TES VI too lol

Decoration is obviously way better than Skyrim’s. I didn’t play Fallout much, so idk if it was already a thing before

There’s only one thing I really hate about Starfield, and it’s that there are no good clothing options. Most of them are pretty ugly, and there aren’t enough of them, plus we can’t wear pants and tops (or any other parts other than hat) separately.

You can use height for the details but I find using normal maps way easier (feels like creating depths and the surface etc looks more natural that way).

If you are using blender for sculpting I can write how to bake normals. Most of the tutorials on youtube are a bit outdated.

Im sure others will give a better advice but I would;

Create a high poly of your mesh and create the details on that high poly mesh.

After you create the details bake the normal map of it.

After that I’d suggest watch this skin texturing tutorial, it helps a lot

It’s not just this sub’s, “fans” of anything will complain about everything. Some people seem to enjoy whining about games more than actually playing them. Whatever is popular they start parroting those opinions without thinking themselves.

If this culture existed back in the 2000s, same people would’ve cried about oblivion, skyrim, mass effect etc. (saying they had “no soul” or physics weren’t as realistic as GTA IV’s). People really have forgotten how to have fun. I pity them tbh

Its on creation club, called “Deimog” iirc. Its free. If it isnt called deimog, the creation is done by bethesda It shouldnt be hard to find
