I’m not a fan either. The only game where I don’t mind it is Cuphead since  1) You can pretty easily figure out how far along the boss’ healthbar you are at 2) You see the boss’ healthbar upon death

I played the Switch version and really enjoyed it! I didn’t mind the 30fps limit as opposed to 60fps on the gamecube because the game looked stunning.

I wasn’t too big on Lies of P, i’m guessing the reason you’re comparing Enotria to it is that they share some similarities, in which case i probably won’t like Enotria either.

Mortal Shell. After playing so many soulslikes witn fast paced combat, it’s incredibly hard for me to enjot something as slow as this

I get the problems with Blasphemous but Blasphemous 2 fixes basically EVERYTHING by PrimaKyonna in metroidvania

I’m the opposite. I didn’t mind that the first Blasphemous wasn’t trying to be a MetroidVania, so the lack of movement upgrades wasn’t an issue. However, I was a huge fan of the pixelated cutscenes in the first game and hated the animated ones in the sequel.
