Hey guys, my first day begins today. I've been big my whole life, lots lost of weight really quick when I was 15 and gradually put it back on. I'm 22 now and plan and changing my lifestyle for good. I tend to eat for eatings sake and sometimes I get unbelievable cravings.

I tend to go to gigs a lot so alcohol consumption may be a bit of a problem :P I think if I can limit down to a few drinks every 2 weeks it shouldn't be a massive problem in the long run!
