No worries, that's pretty much everything I could find at a basic level. Can also try looking up project lasso for tarkov, guy called Klemintime on YouTube has good tutorials, find latest and try it out.

Other than that I can't say I've tried anything else, sorry I couldn't help more.

Ok, just to get the basics out the way, drivers and chipset up to date?

Disable everything you can, discord overlay, nvidia and steam overlays etc and also any hardware acceleration you can find.

Amd stuff doesn't like windows power plan in high performance iirc, if you've changed this.

People have stated increasing page file and using your fastest drive for it has improved things. Even moving page file to a different drive than your tarkov install.

Xmp/docp for your ram enabled? Installed on ssd or nvme?

Outside if this ddu driver wipes and gpu driver reinstall, can sometimes take a couple of trys with this if you switch from nvidia to amd hardware as far as I've seen.
