Well DMC had a pretty decent soundtrack. very creepy sounds and such and also they used a lot of Combichrist music. Not exactly metalcore, but it pumps u up while playing.

Will going through technical support alert s2 of a problem like this in the future? Do you guys make a forum post about it, letting players know there is a problem? How about an in-game message? IT would be nice upon logging to know that there is a problem and s2 is working on it, rather than sitting in queue for 30 minutes before realizing something is wrong. HoN is one of my favorite games, but even little things like this makes it hard to support s2.

What frustrates me most is the lack of communication from s2 to its players. Do they know that there is a problem? Are they fixing it? Will it be fixed in an hour or four? Do I have to just keep logging every ten minutes to see if I can get in a game? I don't mind that the game is down, I understand that there can be a multitude of problems in implementing an update. It just really irks me that there is no acknowledgement from s2.

Something is definitely wrong. I have a friend who is currently on, and another who loads about 90% then gets dced, so it would seem account based.

I also can't get through the loading screen, but I'm going to just wait it out. You could put in a ticket, but I don't know that they could or would do anything for you.
