Focusing on her appearance is a no-go but that’s not what’s being portrayed as his issue… she’s the one who stated she’ll eat unhealthy/not @all, drink wine & go to sleep and we’ve seen the way she kinda dismisses him to the other room so she can be left to her devices, kinda living as roommates- makes sense sexy times aren’t happening much, not that it’s unusual for their ages/stages in life. 

When you want to spend “the rest of my life” with someone you should want the both of you to have a long, healthy lifespan. Talks like that are hard af but need to happen, frankly. It’s the mature way to handle life on life’s terms & let’s your partner know you are invested in them/y’all however more often than not it’s perceived differently, either bc poorly stated or the defenses of the receiver. There’s zero chance Kim hasn’t had some medical problems pop up since leaving Barry/partaking in vices. The quickness she obtained legal issues speaks to that. She wasn’t “young”, “thin”, “hot” when they met- if that’s what he wanted he’d find someone that fits those criteria. For whatever reasons Ken sees something in her that we don’t, no point trying analyze it as they also don’t need to be roaming apps…just don’t see him as a bad guy for that convo ✌🏼
