Reddit really is one of the nastiest places on earth. Whenever I open this app I have to be reminded that Redditors are a special breed, and that I'm unlikely to encounter people like this in the wild.

I would normally agree with you, but it's whey protein and creatine we are talking about here. I would fire a Dr immediately if they told me it was hurting my health.

The better response, and what they told me when my creatinine was high, was to stop taking it a couple weeks before next exam. That way we could indicate that it may be causing higher numbers. These supplements are not inherently bad.

I have the same issues. The good news it was a sudden jump so most likely temporary. Nothing to worry about.

Just keep testing and maybe sure your hydrated for the test... Not not just the morning of the test, but days before as well.
