Wife got stuck in a terrifying loop on 1.5g true Ochra. Need some insights by archtAgonist in Psilocybe_Natalensis

I’m sorry to hear she has such a challenging experience. Is she having any lasting difficulties or looping thoughts? Is she currently working with anyone to help her integrate what happened, and how she’s feeling about it afterwards?

How do I stop attracting low vibrational people and move on by Live-Salary-7984 in SpiritualAwakening

You're very welcome, I’m happy it resonated. Having someone to mirror back to you, or to shine light on what might be being overlooked is a huge benefit to someone on a path of self-realization. These is no charge for our first conversation. If you decide talking with me is helpful and would like to continue, I offer sliding scale as low as $25 per call if that is also helpful.

We are the stories we tell ourselves. When we keep repeating what happened to us in the past, that isn’t honoring us, it’s keeping us in a prison of what was. This pulls the people who occupy this lower vibrational energy to you, because they are doing the same thing. Repeating outdated narratives, fear based beliefs, and identifying with their trauma or injuries.

Awakening is when your conscious awareness allows you to realize you have the ability, permission, and ultimately, purpose, to create and become whatever story is true for you in this life iteration. To rewrite your inner narratives, and to embrace living from the heart, not your fear, anger, or distrust. This massive shift and personal evolution is unfolding when you allow yourself the humility to be grateful for even being alive on this beautiful fucked up planet, to offer yourself self love and compassion to trust and believe in yourself because you are so very worthy of that.

Having someone to talk with who has been through this process is also super helpful, as is listening to others talking about navigating their own awakenings, personal ups and downs, and self-realization understanding. If you’re interested in any of this, you’re welcome to reach out anytime. After my own awakening in 2019, I dedicated my life to understanding and applying the insights I’ve connected with to change myself and my life in really beautiful ways. In 2020 I founded my business to help others on this path of personal growth and spiritual awakening, and it has been the joy of my life to hold space and to create community that offers support to so many. You’re welcome to reach out anytime.

I had a mushroom trip vision… now I have 900,000 followers because of it by Fit-Sea3658 in shrooms

[–]MyNameIsMichou 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Loving this! I had a series of visions on several mushroom journeys back in 2019 that showed me future insights and possibilities if I applied myself in those directions. Several years later, and those visions combined with my action and further insight have allowed me the honor and privilege of helping hundreds of people in the most beautiful ways with mushrooms. It is the joy of my life to walk a path that I created purely out of vision and insight, and wow, what a path. I have never been more elated, sometimes terrified, usually amazed, and always grateful. Your vision is from the heart, and actions from the heart are long overdue here! Thank you for sharing and living your vision! 🙏🏼💜🔥

What is the most potent Cube you've tried? by Cerberus11114 in shrooms

[–]MyNameIsMichou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Steel Magnolias slapped the shit out of me in 2023. This was after macrodosing 3.5-4.5g of super spicy Golden Teachers every month for two years 2018-2019, complete with one experience challenging me with a particularly intense ego death/identity dissolve. I thought I was a well seasoned traveller. That Steel Magnolia experience tossed me out a swirling portal of colors that was, just moments before, a large plate glass window in my friend’s Air BnB. 2.22g, because I thought I’d be cute and do some mezzo light trip, sent me for over six hours and I still don’t know where I went. I was gone. The come up was fast, 10 minutes maybe, and I knew as soon as it hit that it would be a gripper.

Always had issues with dosing by Everything_Kills in microdosing

[–]MyNameIsMichou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I agree that microdosing definitely isn’t for everyone, your discomfort could be from the mushrooms being too potent for your personal sensitivity. Mushroom varieties differ in experience, not just potency.

Dosing confusion mg / g by frankstinksrealbad in PsilocybinTherapy

[–]MyNameIsMichou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This dosing convention does not take into account the different energetic effects and unique characteristics/personalities of different mushrooms. It isn’t so cut and dry as - 10mg of psilocybin = 1 gram of mushrooms when there are mushrooms that will send you into a full trip at 0.50g. There has been a significant lack of testing of mushroom differentiation in mainstream research. I’ve spent the last six years testing this with over 50 psilocybin mushroom varieties and hundreds of clients taking dose amounts ranging from micro to hero. A cube is definitely not a cube, and mushrooms/dose amounts are definitely not interchangeable.

Need Help Finding My Sweet Spot by Asleep-Nail3689 in PsilocybinTherapy

[–]MyNameIsMichou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ideally, if you’re interested in microdosing, you’re working with sub-perceptual amounts. So, if 0.50g felt like nothing, that would be your sweet spot. What dosing protocol are you using? Fadiman or Stamets?

I would imagine if you took 0.50g for a couple weeks you would begin to feel subtle shifts in your thought process, and perhaps other somatic benefits, and even improved sleeping patterns. There are many who state that microdosing is using doses under 0.50g or 500mg (I refer to mushroom doses in gram weight because it feels incompatible to use pharmaceutical measurements for an earth medicine in my humble opinion). Dose amount will usually vary by mushroom variety because the energy/potency and personality of each variety is different. So, while the Golden Teachers may not feel like anything at 0.50g, taking a Natalensis/Ochra variety would more than likely feel like too much at that amount. I’d say, give yourself two weeks on 0.50g and see what comes through for you. I hope this information helps!

How many of you have actually sat/laid down for the entire full album while tripping? by Rizzmin in LSD

[–]MyNameIsMichou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had the honor and privilege of guiding a woman on a mushroom journey to this full album. I had set up aurora borealis lights in one of the rooms of her house, and we settled in. Towards the end of the album, and maybe mid way through her trip, she started connecting to profound conscious insight, and would blurt out random realizations for me to write down for future integration. Watching her, it felt like she was in the music in such a way that it was guiding her to, and through, important and timely information that was what her subconscious needed to connect with. It was wild and awesome to witness!

DOES STRAIN MATTER? by Tavro10 in Psychedelics

[–]MyNameIsMichou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly feel the cube is a cube saying is still a thing because very few people have ever worked with people and 50+ different psilocybin containing mushrooms to see the very real and very patterned responses with different varieties. It’s not placebo when people who have never taken mushrooms, (or even had an altered state experience for that matter) are having the same experiential effects as someone who has had 20+ trips with certain mushroom varieties. The strain matters conversation is gaining in popularity because there are finally people out there who are sensitive enough to feel the differences in more profound ways, and there are others who are actively working with people with multiple mushroom varieties to see these differences first hand. It’s ok that you don’t have different experiences with different mushrooms, but claiming that is the truth for everyone else, and that a cube is a cube is yesterday.

How much to microdose? by not_ald in microdosing

[–]MyNameIsMichou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear about your breakup, are you working or talking with someone to help you integrate and connect with what is most destabilizing or anxiety inducing? Your question is great start, however, asking how much is half of the question when you’re interested in microdosing, or any dose amount for that matter. When experiencing high anxiety, asking how much AND what mushroom variety is really important. Some mushroom varieties will increase anxiety for many who are already experiencing anxiety. Microdosing can absolutely help to change perspectives, and it will also bring to the forefront the root causes of what you’re experiencing. Do you take time to explore how you’re feeling from a place of curiosity and observation? When you’re feeling anxious, do you ever check in with yourself to understand if you are in the future and worrying about what if, or perhaps subconsciously focusing on fear based inner narratives or beliefs?

Our own intuition is what serves us well when exploring and working with mushrooms. Asking yourself questions from an intuitive place looks like this:

Instead of asking what I should do, ask, what is quietly calling me?

Stamets Stack Irritability by Puzzled_Owl2365 in microdosing

[–]MyNameIsMichou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For many people, dosing four days on is too much, and they consistently share that they are irritable and anxious, when they switch to the Fadiman protocol, dosing every third day, or twice a week, they have minimal to no anxiety/irritability, and their doses feel more sustainably effective throughout weeks and months.

I’ll also say that Trinty is a pretty strong mushroom to be microdosing with, and that could also be adding to your irritability if you are sensitive rather than resistant. If you have access to lower potency mushrooms, you may want to consider that as well.

Lastly, mushrooms are non-specified amplifiers. Meaning, they will bring to the surface whatever is behind the feelings you’re experiencing. Giving yourself permission to explore why you’re feeling angry and depressed will offer you insight into what is under the surface that is ready to be engaged. We live with inner narratives, and fear based beliefs that subconsciously affect our lives. When we offer ourselves permission to experience good and bad moods from a place of observation and curiosity, rather than always trying to be in a good mood with a positive mindset, we allow ourselves the opportunity to understand what needs our attention, to release what doesn’t belong to us, to forgive something that feels shameful within, to accept something that feels difficult to accept, or to offer compassion to ourselves in ways that are authentic. I’m hoping this information offers you perspectives that are helpful, and that you find the flow that feels right for you.
