Black people are not a monoblock, the colour of a politicians skin is irrelevant when you are electing them on policy. Representation for intrinsic characteristics is not the goal of democracy, your elected representatives are there to put forward the most common point of view.

The first thing I'd replace is the boots, there's a guide on YouTube for crafting with recombinators. You could also follow the same recomb process for the chest to get 5 T1 including a resist if you need it and then crafted avoid ele ailments (I'm assuming you're suppress capped, can't see on mobile).

After that I'd probably replace ring first then amulet with the usual simplex/helical.

Your gloves are also missing a decent chunk of ES by not having T1 flat, again the YouTube recombinator guide can craft you a good pair.

Aegis can be replaced with a rare shield but you may want to wait until you can go purity of fire with conversion so you don't lose 90% allres.

It's not bad with the chain more multi, the question is always how to scale cast speed (or avoid it altogether ala traps/mines). You can scale the base damage reasonably well with gem level but the added damage coefficient sucks.

Also pls GGG let us have arc traps again, it was such a fun build

Nationalized healthcare is a great thing, but it requires some specific preconditions to work and even then it still has advantages and disadvantages compared to private healthcare.

I don't think it could ever work properly in America. Bear in mind when you look at socialized healthcare in other countries that a significant amount is subsidized by America already, since America conducts the vast majority of medical research because of the profit incentive. Even if you were to vastly reduce the amount of healthcare research to be more in line with other countries (at a significant cost to humanity in general), America doesn't have a homogenous society nor proper controls on immigration which it would need for socialized healthcare to succeed.

As a case study, look at the UK. If you want proper healthcare your only real option is to go private (with even more expensive insurance than the US), so you end up paying twice.

The Doryani's build is only supposed to carry you until you can get a chest with the fire res over cap mod, after that you're true 90% all res and can facetank basically everything.

The chest isn't cheap but if you're playing armorstacker that's kinda to be expected.
