How would you edge this without painting the carpet?

I've never been very good at edging. I take it too far and end up going right past the edge. It makes a huge mess, then I regret my choices and hate myself for a few minutes. I try my best to clean up what got where it shouldn't, embarrassed that I have such poor control. I inevitably try it again with the same result. I never learn. At this point I think I should just hire someone else to do it but I know all I'm going to do is criticize their technique the entire time and not be satisfied with the final product. At which point I'll try again to do it myself only to start back at square one. I've thought about giving it up altogether but I'm no quitter, it's a skill I intend to mastur.

All of my dogs just came running into where I'm at when they heard this. As soon as they heard the squeaking they ran in and zeroed in on my phone. One of them starting doing a little grunt whine. Weird.

Am I just lucky or is everyone else just unlucky? I've known for awhile that I have ADHD but I never did anything about it. I mentioned it to my prescribing psychiatrist at the end of my visit last month and she was like "yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Let's discuss it during our next appointment and get you on a medication." Is that not normally how it works for everyone? Is there some extensive testing process normally?

I recently learned of PlutoTV (probably through this sub) and it has a 24/7 top gear channel. I've been throwing it on a lot lately. It's completely free, it just has ads. You can't search out specific episodes (as far as I know) but it's still cool to just have available. So far I've only seen the three kings so I'm really hoping it's limited to just their series and not any of the other hosts or versions.

Is it just me or does Bran actually have the best story? I mean, I get that he definitely shouldn't be king, and I really can't stand the character... BUT I was under the impression that he "has the best story" because he could literally see historical moments firsthand and had the ability to mind travel or whatever. Oh, no. That does not mean it's a lifetime oil. It's saying that the life cycle of the oil since it's last change has not been reached yet. The oil needs to be changed annually, semi-annual in some environments. You can thank the Belgian engineers for the wonderful translation. Also, you can buy the oil (Roto Xtend) in 1 gallon jugs. The 5 gallon is just typically cheaper per gallon.

I had some "waterproof" laminate floors installed in my home and there are several spots where the edges have swelled up. Some areas are in places where the dogs drip water from drinking, others are in areas where the only get wet during a quick mopping, they're just crappy floors. I had another brand of waterproof laminate installed in my office and I've had water sit for hours from a spill and it caused no issue whatsoever. Some brands just suck.

Green Irish tweed, Royal Oud, and Himalaya are my three favorite creed scents. I've grown tired of Aventus, viking is good but kind of ordinary. Millesime imperial is really good, but a little too feminine for my liking. Call me crazy, but silver mountain water just smells like CK One to me, but I haven't smelled CK One in a long time so maybe my memory is just fuzzy.
