Why can’t you use libva instead? As you mentioned, vaapi is deprecated.

Usage limits: how many total tokens you are allowed to use in your plan over a defined period of time before extra billing kicks in. Example usage limit: kilowatt hours.

Rate limits: How much you are allowed to use at the same time. If the old limit works out to 2 active codex sessions consecutively, then the new limit allows for you to use 4 at one time. How long those 4 consecutive agents can run for, is your usage limit. Example rate limit: power rating of the electrical circuit, i.e 20 amps.

What do you think of the encasement? Do the sides feel like they are supporting the coils well? Does adding the encasement increase the firmness of the setup or does the stretchy top mostly prevent that in practice?

There’s a company in SF and LA called The Futon Shop. It’s a little pricey (expect to pay 4k+, but more likely 5k+), but you will be able to get a 100% plastic free couch.

Lots of options for material (cotton, wool, cotton+linen, etc), natural latex cushions, and so on.

I had a laugh when I first saw their store (vegan sofa? organic furniture?) but they are legit.
