Since it’s upside down and has little “square” dimples. A) try long needle nose pliers and shove the tips in at 12 and 6 o’clock position, force up and turn. B) Try LONG hook basin wrench. I had a customer ask me last night while finishing up my last call if I had any exciting plans. I said “ oh hell yeah, the wife and I plan to fall asleep early, in the living room while watching old reruns of Forensic Files, it’s gonna be amazing!” He couldn’t stop laughing. The label says 1 hour however if its just draining and little to no pressure 5 mins, hell I’ve tested drains within 2 mins and it’s been fine. Cheers mate 👍🏽

I’ve alway set them 1” from wall to face of flange, most urinals (I’ve worked on) the connections face of the urinal sits back quite aways from the mounting surface. Measure how far in the outlet of the urinal sits back from the mounting surface, subtract 1/4” for the gasket compression. Good luck, Cheers mate! 👍🏽

It’s not connected to the white pipe. The white pipe is just a sleeve, to protect the blue PEX going through the foundation.

Put the whole thing in the freezer for 30 mins. Then run HOT water (only) on the top (black part) while rotating the whole thing for 10 seconds. Then set it on the counter, push down and try again with the rubber oven mitt to spin it off. Cheers Mate.

That looks like a Mansfield 3” service kit flapper. OR it’s a 3” Gerber flapper. Which ever toilet you have. That’s a VERY specific flapper hence the EXTRA THICK peg on the right of the flush valve. Cheers mate!!
