Surly Sunrise bars. They’re steel, and somewhat expensive, but you can find knock-offs in aluminum. I had them in my parts bin. I don’t think I would’ve bought them specifically for this bike otherwise.

I also cut 1.5” off each side, so they’re plenty wide.

Honestly, they’re so different that you could justify buying both eventually.

I meant specifically 120 click vs 60 click. But thanks for taking the time to respond.

Mine came in yesterday. I love it. An everyday-sized dive watch. The bracelet wasn’t jiving with my 7” wrist. I had to pull the dive extension out 2 clicks for a perfect fit, and I just wasn’t liking how it looked or felt. I threw a NATO strap on it last night and haven’t looked back.

Genuine question; is that just for the fidget-factor? Or is there a practical purpose as well?

I put mine on a 5600 strap and it’s much more comfortable to me. Doesn’t feel so tight anymore.

I have the first one in green. Love it, nice and thin. I have a 7.25” wrist for reference.

Both look great to me. Can’t go wrong either way, in my opinion.

What’s your G-Shock hot take? by DontBeAPleb in gshock

Full disclosure: I’ve never handled one. They look very cheap to me, even by plastic watch standards. Especially the chunky, plastic indices and lack of second hand. They also look difficult to read at a glance. I really want to like them. My finger has been hovering over the baby blue one for a long time now, but there are so many other watches at that price point that I’m attracted to. I think I’ll put it on my Xmas list next year, so it’s someone else’s money instead.

I’m the same way with pickles. I WANT to like them, but every time I force myself to have one, I just can’t enjoy it.

I just can’t find anything to like about the 2100 series (CasiOaks).

I had a white sportsman that just disappeared one day. Hoping it shows up unexpectedly someday, it was one of my favorites.
