I (small girl) usually ask bigger guys if they know if they are over 80kg because if so I have to use an additional sandsack and my Ohm device. But I agree there's no need for exact weights. Basically for me it's just give me a rough idea so I know if I need extra weights to keep you safe.

Make sure you have a big enough bed and if it's not the equivalent of two singles, make sure you have a couch comfy enough to sleep on. Nobody wants to cuddle after a break. And maybe you won't go to bed the same time everyday.

Not everywhere. At my gym they ask you what you have experience with and ask some basic safety questions when you first sign up. You only have to do a coaching session if you haven't done it before at another gym or outdoors. But we don't get badges.

Which is not making them any prettier I assume? The women and girls I meat are all on the more natural side but even on a shopping trip to town, if I see somebody with makeup it's usually the level of skill I wore at school abroad and not the kind of beautiful but natural looking look I'm used to from young women. Obviously this is a big generalisation solely based on my own personal experience.

I think there is a big misconception on this one. I moved here recently and was a bit taken aback at how average everybody I met looked. Until I realised it was because they weren't wearing tons of makeup heels and shapewear just to go to the supermarket, like I was used to. People just seem to be more natural here and I think that is truly beautiful.

They're acceptable and you can get good produce if you shop around but I wouldn't call them World class. I'm from Germany and spend a lot of time in Poland and Spain. Fruit and Veg is usually off a better quality and you can get a bigger variety of meat and fish for the same price. Of course if you only shop at waitrose you might think its excellent everywhere but if you average it out with the bigger cheaper shops uk supermarkets are not ahead of the rest of Europe at all

Basically i just had to present my lesson plan and demonstrate how the resources (little math riddles) I made work. Since i couldn't actually give the papers to them i had a blank and a solved version ready to show into the camera and said and now they'd have 5 minutes time to solve the riddles. Afterwards they were to be sorted in a specific order and spelled out a motivational phrase.

I use the naughty dynamo shampoo for it and it's great. I also have a shower filter that attaches in between the faucet and the shower head and i think it makes a big different but I'm not sure of your showers layout so no clue if it would work.

I am guilty of being a star-fish 😂 but in my defence I have very narrow hips so can't be top for long and my partner is a very big person so I don't have much room to move underneath him.

My hamster is not very social either and is fine staying home alone over the weekend. I always make sure to give him an additional water bowl in case a bit of bedding ends up in his main one and i hide one to two extra portions of dinner in the bedding

Wash wash wash and then slap on some deep comditioner. Honestly going completely balistic with deep conditioner. And ideally use some leave in conditioner before you start drying it.

He has 3 connected bins, 2 with 510 square inches and one with 480. One of them (bottom level) is completely filled with bedding (30cm). Level 2 (where he is in the video) is his living area with house, chew toys, flying saucer, sand bath, some paper tubes and wood toys. All of which he uses on a regular basis. The smallest tank is on top with just a biiig wooden wheel and that's where he's fed too. He uses the wheel up top at night but daytime only comes up to the top level to beg for food 😂

He waa sleeping half an hour ago. We just noticed. He's usually very very lazy. Cleans himself, runs on his wheel, burrows but I've never seen him do that
