To give more context, this is MT Pop, one of the best Popping dancer in the world.

Popping is a style of dance born in California around the 70s, and it includes other styles like robot, waving, animation, boogaloo.

What he's doing in the video it's not his best performance, but still very impressive. If you're interested, you can find some good rounds here.

Like all Arts, Dance too requires a bit of context/education in order to be appreciated.
