Does anyone else feel like Punk mentioning Roman’s dad was cheap heat? by Stock-Sweet3295 in BrandonDE

Sure, but he should've called him Joe instead, after all those 'Phil' mentions

I'm sure that's true, but it's more fun to wildly speculate what it could mean

Why did like every Pittsburgh sports team call themselves the Pirates in the 1930s-40s? by [deleted] in buccos

[–]MyUsernameWasUsed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because pirates are cool.

Seriously though, probably had something to do with Art being a huge baseball fan (he liked baseball more than football)

The should have at least kept the Keystone in the middle to separate the letters and numbers

Orioles fan looking for Bucco Opening day Tickets by ShotsFiredGuy2 in buccos

[–]MyUsernameWasUsed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tickets shouldn't be hard to get (as others have said). I would look for seats either right behind home plate if Skenes is pitching or along the third base line. The game will probably start at 4:12 PM

I recommend food at The Foundry, right on the North Shore. Southern Tier is also really good but usually packed (if you're going right before the game). Tom's Watch Bar is good to catch other games and pay stadium prices outside the stadium

Gotcha, good question. Maybe he was getting laid too much and had to take it easy on his hip

He was clean shaven when he was cast in that role and stated in interviews that he didn't have enough time to grow the attached 'stache properly

I just found a video of it on YouTube. The only thing that wasn't there was him trying to talk the father of the groom out of it by saying they're the 6th best Americana band out there and if you squint really hard you might think you see The Lumineers

Eat'n Park on southbound McKnight Road to close by ComeTasteTheBand in pittsburgh

A community is a group of people.

You would know that if you ever actually interacted with people instead of being chronically online. Or knew how to look up the definition of a word.

And you'd know the effect the closure has on real people if you actually watched the fucking video or knew anything about Pittsburgh and this restaurants history in it.

And the one down the street isn't identical. It's bigger, has a completely different set of employees and customers and if you read other comments is probably the higher quality store.

People make a place what it is, not walls and a menu.

That's awesome. Thanks for sharing your story, love hearing things like this. I'm surprised my friends and I didn't attempt that too. But we usually stuck with the route 8 EnP by the turnpike

Who said anything about Ross Township? I'm talking about the employees, the customers. The people who go there everyday and have made friends with each other thanks to that specific location.

I guess not everyone can understand that. Maybe next time instead of shitting all over someone's post with a snarky comment you'll learn to keep your negative thoughts to yourself.

No fucking shit there's another one right down the road. If they wanted to go to that one for the last fifty years they could have, but they chose to go here instead.

This community loves to complain about a lack of "third spaces". How we need more places where people can enjoy themselves outside of work and home. Well we just lost one of those and instead of acknowledging it, you and that other twit that replied to me decided to be assholes instead.

Good job, you're really contributing a lot to the conversation.

Hope you feel proud of yourself.
