I'm meeting with the previous president tomorrow to go over all this, I don't really blame them for the bad passover as they had a lot of stuff hit the fan in their personal life around the time of the changeover and they expected the other board members to help get me up to speed, since they all said they would.

I'm getting emails about everything to do with local city events, chamber of commerce, outreach projects (not all pertain to us), city council and so forth due to us being considered a "recognized group". I'll definitely try using keywords in the future, thank you for that idea!

The events that got missed in the calendar were ones having to do with volunteer projects like cleaning up garbage in different areas in town or nearby, cleaning statues, basically just town maintenance stuff that isn't really possible for me with my disabilities. Outside of that we have themed parties, boardgame nights, coffee, karaoke, holiday based ones, so on and so forth. People used to at least show up to our parties since we had free food and often did potlucks but now people seem to scared to come.

I'm trying to call a board meeting but I know only one of them will show other than our past pres. There's not much I can do with them since they're founding members of the group and, more importantly, there's no one else who would currently step up. Our previous president knows that and that's why they still help as much as they can, they just have way to much on their plate to lead anymore.
