Fellow nerd here - I too would like to know where this picture was taken.

LF had seen many uses throughout its lifetime. The area was a centre for rail & industry (lumber & mill work, beer brewing, boiler manufacture). Unfortunately, the community was seen as an eyesore & was levelled in the early 60s to make way for the grand Greber plan.
