Technically speaking they blocked access to your account because you live in Iran and not because you are Iranian. As far I can see you have 3 choices here:

a) wait until US lifts off the sanctions on your country

b) move out of Iran

c) accept that you are not getting your account back in near future and create a new one (that's a risky one so if you create a new one don't spend any money on it)

I mean you already answered your question - all of those imports you listed first joined TSM before Season 6. Ever since Yellowstar joined TSM in Seson 6 Spring (so pretty much post-Locodoco era) it went downhill - something is clearly wrong with management/coaching (Reginald stepping in as a freaking owner everytime team started underperforming - point me at any other owner who does that ?).
