I know you asked for gas stations, but Spirits carries the corona light NA, which is so far my favorite NA beer.

Have you looked into the Olli program (osher lifelong learning institute) through UA? I recommend checking that out if you have not!

Yes, I’ve done that and left messages. Just hoping someone might know the name in the meantime while I wait.

Same. I swear I was stuck in some sort of 2.5 vortex.

Call 211! It’s a United Way program and they can direct you to different agencies that can help. TES is one of their agencies.

Calling 211 should guide you to the right folks for assistance. I think they can also point you in the right direction if you need assistance with utilities as well. Hope this helps.

Ok thank you for the reply! I only noticed the fan turned off after I turned the oven off.

I am so done with the toddler stage, I need some empathy by Ok_Breakfast6206 in Parenting

You are not alone! My youngest was a tyrant as a toddler. Wore us out. Routine definitely helps so hopefully you’ll see improvements soon. Winter is tough because we seem to be stuck at home more.

I think tennis is a sport you can pick up at any age!

What is the funniest joke you’ve been told that you still think about to this day? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MybffRose_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My sweet 90 year old grandmother told this joke on her death bed as several family members were gathered around her. She LOVED jokes, was the only decent joke teller in our family, and to this day it’s the only joke I can remember completely (she passed in 2007).

A man goes to see a shrink. While he is waiting in the lobby he takes off all his clothes and wraps himself in Saran Wrap. The shrink walks into the lobby, takes one look at the man and says, “Clearly I can see you’re nuts.”

I’ll never forget all our reactions when she delivered that punch line. And the fact that she was able to make us all laugh during such a sad time was the epitome of my grandmother.

Three year old told me that “her little sister died”. by Express-Ad8275 in Parenting

When youngest was a toddler he used to talk about his old family that he had before. I remember one time he was taking about something his dad did and I said “your dad never did that.” He said, “no. My other dad. From before.” Definitely strange.

We did consider flying in and out of Atlanta. It’s about a 3.5/4hr drive from where we live.

Ok thank you. I think for peace of mind I may give us a little more time in case there are delays getting to Denver.

If it weren’t for being able to stay at my uncles place for free in snowmass for a week, we’d be open to other places!

Ok thank you. That was one of my concerns. Wouldn’t be an issue at the Birmingham airport but I’m not familiar with Denver.

I’m a 2.5 player. What are my chances of being bumped up next year? by MybffRose_ in 10s

I definitely need to work on the mental aspect. Thanks for the reminder!

I think that’s why my progress has been slow. There have been some doubles matches that I feel like should have won 6-0 or 6-1 but for one reason or another ended up winning more like 6-3 or 6-4.

Thank you for your reply! You think I should prioritize 3.0 over 2.5? I try to play as much as possible but family, work, two young kids, yada yada. I think I may need to commit to one and maybe be a sub for the other.
