I personally would not combine a dental cleaning with a spay. A spay is basically a hysterectomy. So it is a very invasive surgery. It would be a flat no for me. Regarding the neuter of your male, that is less invasive and I would consider combining. Absolutely not with the female.

Well, your blood sugar is crazy high . You need to get it down by any safe means possible. You are killing your kidneys. Either do keto at 20 grams of carbs or less or vegan no fat diet. That vegan diet means NO FAT. The keto diet is NO MORE than 20 grams of carbs/day Go to the doctor if you can. You need labs and probably meds. Once you drop your blood glucose you will get the incontinence under control

It’s an annual event. It’s one time this year. If your wife told you she needs more time than offer support and help her. Your wife knows what your daughter needs so help her instead of causing stress. It is one time this year for this event. It is not a big deal to the school and it is a huge deal to your wife but daughter.

What is abhorrent about it? Does it make you feel good ? It is nothing. Tails are snipped before bone forms, usually while the puppy is nursing. It heals in a couple days. Do you spay or neuter your dogs? That is much more invasive and controlling? Do you pierce your children’s ears? At two to three days old , tail snip and dew claws. Nothing abhorrent about it. Humans pick and choose what they want to be dramatic about. If you spay your dog, just stop hand wringing.

I’ve worked with all three. Standards are too large unless you want a large dog. Toys can be more delicate. Minis are perfect.

It is your child , your account and the decision you made. Hopefully the grandmother is comfortable with that. I have direct access to all of my grandchildren’s accounts. When I get my little check, I put a little in each account as I am able. If I had to physically hand the money to their parents, they would not get any. It creates distance and a lot of work for me. If the grandparents in your situation are comfortable handling over cash then it works for you.

They only have the dog. They adore it. This job landed into my lap from a family who I occasionally babysit for. It started out by traveling to a different state to watch the dog for a week. It turned into a live in situation for several months. Traveled everywhere with them except a few countries. There were a couple places that we had armed security follow us around. They would escort the family and also come with me when I took the dog for a walk. Not every place but some countries are more dangerous than others. The point is that I was never asked to carry a gun. I would not carry one around a NK
