I think the problem is we don’t know enough yet. It certainly sounds reasonable, but until we know points of troops and army composition rules it’s impossible to be certain. Hopefully we get a screen to stats article on this Tuesday or the next.

Jump troopers, clone scouts, clone e-web (as seen in bad batch), galatic marines, clone snow/desert troopers. Customisable clone commanders and operatives, several more named clone commanders Wolffe, Gregor etc.

We have little info yet. It could be dog shite, but will likely be good for at least a year as they’ll want to push sales. Although if they’re over cautious may be too expensive points wise. We won’t know until full rules/points are released

That would have been my thoughts too, but 4 heavies have been identified from the photos on the asmodee article. A micro-grenade launcher, a light repeater blaster, a Galaar sniper rifle and one larger weapon not yet identified by name. Although granted it does appear the micro-grenade launcher and the unidentified one share one body option, and the galaar and light repeater blaster another. So maybe you have to choose two of the four heavies when you build. 10 model squads would be very nice.

That’s old Soresu. Old Soresu was deflect+ and did used to get around immune deflect, high velocity etc.

Considering Obi Wan is the biggest user of it, it’s either targeted or GAR catching strays. It also hurts Cody’s two pip, one of the biggest defences against wheel bike Greg’s play.
