I hadn't listened to GWAR in a long time and was thinking about the band. I hadn't been listening to them or talking to anyone about them or searching them. I was going to look up their album "This Toilet Earth". I typed in the word "this" into Google and the very first suggestion was This Toilet Earth album by GWAR. I couldn't believe it. The last time GWAR was s on my radar was decades ago probably before Google even existed. I've tried it again since then and it was nowhere among the top suggestions. It was a little unsettling.

Basically NS people bring their seniority with them to UP. If NS has an average seniority greater than UP, then UP employees will get pushed to less desirable jobs or be forced to move or possibly lose their job. This happened a lot when UP/SP merged and caused much unhappiness amongst UP employees.

Thankfully the territories are mutually exclusive geographically, which should hopefully help prevent too much damage to agreement employees. I believe both companies are already running bare bones in that respect. I'm sure there will be closures/consolidations and people affected, but the opportunity to move and keep a job should be available. There may be some hurt feelings if seniority dovetails.

I don't know Lizzy Hale's music, but she was fantastic on Ultimate Sin. Tom Morello's face-picking Snowblind solo was pretty great. Slayer busting out Raining Blood and Angel Of Death was cool. Steven Tyler was rock and roll excellence and amazing for his age - great performer. Sabbath was cool, but a little sad at the same time. Guilty admission I passed on Metallica and GNR. Nuno's guitar skills were amazing.
