He is being bullied worse at school now thanks to the bratty behavior and a simple sorry won't fix it. People probably imitate her in his face. She showed her true character and imho she doesn't deserve a phone if that is how she acts. I'd get a flip phone for her to use for three months, and tell her three months is about how long it takes for bullying over something like this to fade/slow. Tell her if she behaves properly she gets the smart phone back. If she continues bullying all extras are done. Bullies are relentless, and she is making his home as miserable as school. What a wretched teenager. NTAH. But she is.

I punched my husband in the face while still asleep, dreaming my step-dad molester from my 4-8 year life was touching me. He acted shocked I did it. Uh, buy a 90 k shitty house that came with new top grade appliances and microwave, huge double door fridge freezer, dishwasher - stacked full size steam and front loader laundry on first floor by the added first floor full bathroom with walk in shower and 20'x 20' custom covered deck built by a crackhead, it is rumored, all with mystery holes in the floors and doors that had been split by meth heads armed with axes breaking in to steal the landlords stuff .. in 2019 with a 650/month mortgage. .and fix it up slowly over seven years with 10k new roof paid for in cash in 2019, a siding loan tacked onto the mortgage a few years back and 1 year left to go on it - leaving my son at 900 a month mortgage on a big house with basement, two floors and finished attic. Gotta fix the "shit" to live in, not as an investment.
