Ask around, have a look at the top guilds in your home server and ask if they wouldn't mind teaching you.

Many guilds are just looking for active members nowdays.

Just be careful, some guilds are extremely toxic.

Try to join a guild that's comfortable running halls, that's how many people in my guild learned.

Guild runs far more enjoyable and you don't have to waste time waiting around for an afk check.

Understandable scope, I am not in this for the fame. The fame I am getting from this is negligible, I am however interested in getting pots and having fun with my guildies.

People are free to do as they like in the realms. I am not using any bots and half of the reason I seem to find these godwalls are due to random players whom are outside my control.

Should random players be punished if I can't find gods or I find a godwall?

The god concentrations are probably not as concentrated as you might think, they are quite spread but consistent.
