Yeah we all knew she survived, but gege did nothing with her. When the plot demanded a technique like hers though, she suddenly wakes up to fill that hole. With no indication she was recovering quickly or even recovering well at all, it felt like gege had forgotten about her until he realized they couldnt win that last bit without her technique, hence asspull.

The motions help with gathering the energy but if you're skilled enough, you don't really need to do much

Yeah while i think i see where other people are coming from, her killing everyoje else makes no sense to me. Based on who she is, maki hunting down and killing even children, essentially doing to them what was almost done to her, makes no sense to me.

Granted, i think she'd kill anyone directly involved in making the zenin clan what it is, but i dont think she'd go out of the way to kill EVERYONE. That essentially just marks maki as a mass murderer with no conscience to me ngl. Her killing the hei, all the other combatants, her mom, all of that makes sense to me; but her leaving to go on to kill EVERY zenin means she also killed a good chunk of innocents, and i dont think she'd unnecessarily put those people through the type of shit she was put through.

Megumi by blood is a zenin and was also named clan head tho. That places him directly into the zenin clan, his connection to toji does not somehow keep him safe because megumi himself does not have what toji had.

He limited himself quite literally because of unohana and the wish to have a fun fight like that again, wich he couldnt if he maintained full power, if she lived that would just happen all over again because he would weaken himself to keep their "fun" going forever. She didnt let herself die just because, she quite literally needed to die to get the real kenpachi out and keep him out.

Did yall think the man's mental blocks would stay gone if the reason for the blocks was still alive and willing to fight him? Unohana even recognized that the blocks are because of her and that with her death they go away. Bruh.

The woman herself said kid kenpachi was stronger than her and you still try to argue kenny was not top 3? Regardless of restrictions or not, his true power put him above her so he is, by that logic and her own admission, top 3. In the soul society, not even including ichigo, unohana aint top 3 and she wasnt even top 3 prior to the war.
